Nutrition and Cake have created a variety of Recipes with both flavour and health in mind - mostly! Nutrition and Cake are all about balance and treats can still be enjoyed as part of a healthy diet. All Nutrition and Cake recipes are vegan or vegetarian and can be adapted to suit you. Where possible we keep the sugar content low but try not to deprive on flavour! Nuts are a large part of our diet so we do have many recipes containing nuts. We are working on more nut-free recipes so keep your eyes peeled.
