1:1 Nutrition consultancy

Nutrition and Cake provide online nutrition consultancy sessions, tailored to your specific needs. All 1:1 sessions are held through video call but can be adapted if required.

During an initial consultation Hannah/ Elysia will get to know you as an individual, as well as explain how they can help you. In addition, you will be required to complete health forms so they can get an insight into your current lifestyle, diet and health status.

Follow-up sessions will be tailored specifically to you as an individual. Goals will be made in your sessions so that each session will aim to help you achieve your goals.

Prices Initial Consultation – £75 (45minutes -1hour)

Follow up session – £50 (30 – 45 minutes)

Package deal; initial consultation and 4 follow up sessions – £270

Dietary Analysis

Full dietary analysis including macro and micronutrient breakdown. Using dietary analysis software, the team will analyse 3 or 7 day dietary reports. The dietary analysis will highlight the balance of your diet and whether macro and micronutrient intake recommendations are being met. It will also highlight any nutrient deficiencies which may be the cause of specific symptoms you may be experiencing (fatigue, joint and muscle pain, headaches, poor sleep, etc).
